Hello, my name is Anne and I am from Pukekohe. My husband and our two sons Xavier and Leo are looking forward to building our home here in Te Kauwhata. I really enjoy gardening and having little adventures with my boys. Professionally I have added to my teaching repertoire being involved in the ALL Programme (Accelerating Learning in Literacy). This taught me that students can achieve more when they are taught explicitly over several parts of the day and have targets to reach. I am excited to apply my new knowledge to the students in Room 2.

Kia Ora my name is Jessica Howes and this is my third year teaching at Te Kauwhata Primary School. It is a pleasure to be a part of such a lovely kura with other kiako who are both extremely supportive and passionate about teaching. My family emigrated to New Zealand when I was ten years old and I have always resided in the Waikato region since. This year I have moved to the Te Kauwhata lakeside with my dog Lexi, who is a Border-collie cross Huntaway. When I am not at school, I am enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, fishing and hiking. I look forward to meeting you all and your tamariki!
